We are pleased to enclose as many of our standard documents - both our Financial Services Authority compliance documentation and a range of ‘information only’ brochures - as possible on here so than you can read them, print them or download them as you wish (just click on the symbols to the right hand side).

They are all in .PDF format so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer - if you don’t already have this, you can download it for free from here.

FSA (Financial Services Authority) Compliance:
Business Card - The Financial Conduct Authority requires that we provide every client with a copy of my business card giving details of my full contact details and source of regulatory approval. You will receive a business card at our first meeting or our first exchange of correspondence, but you may also download a copy from here at any time.

Initial Disclosure Disclosure (IDD) - ‘Keyfacts about our Services’. Explains what mortgage and insurance products we have access to, what services we provide, what we charge for our services and who the owners of our authorising network are. This document is not applicable to most buy to let and commercial mortgages.

Client Agreement - Explains the terms on which we will do business with, details our complaints process and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme which you may have access to if we cannot meet our obligations, together with our Data Protection policy information. We need to exchange signed copies of this document with clients.

The three documents above are what you must receive at our initial exchange of information (we will provide these at our first meeting, email exchange after any initial enquiry or postal communication - but you can download them from here at any time)

Subsequently, through the sales process for any mortgage or insurance the client will receive .....
  • a mortgage illustration (Keyfacts) for the recommended mortgage and any application being made
  • an insurance quotation and policy summary(Keyfacts) document(s) for any application being made
  • the Factfind document used to collect data for the client(s) in order to enable advice to be given *
  • the mortgage and/or insurance application, declaration/direct debit document for any application made on behalf of a client *
  • a ‘product confirmation letter’ (mortgage) or ‘demands and needs letter’ (insurance) explaining the advice given *
..... these are individually produced specifically based on your circumstances and application. Those marked * will require your signature and return.
Child Maintenance Insurance Plan - this unique plan combines a selection of policies based on specifically you and your
ex-partners circumstances, placed in a purpose designed trust, to give the best possible protection to the ongoing provision of the initially agreed maintenance payments over the full term of the agreement.
