Mortgage - a key to the door ?

With over 1,200,000,000,000 loaned on 11.3 million mortgages against UK properties to individuals by members of the Council of Mortgage Lenders as of the end of 2010 there are few home owners who at some time of their life will not need a mortgage of some sort. Taking out a mortgage is a large and serious commitment and it is important that you fully understand the options available to you and the impact of such options for you.

As an experienced broker/adviser1 with ‘whole of market’ access to lenders I will compare the many criteria and conditions of the various options on offer before making a detailed personal recommendation for you - as well as utilising industry recognised database systems I maintain regular ‘one to one’ contact with the Business Development Managers of various lenders, in order to ensure up to date awareness of their lending policies - and give access to underwriters in the event of the need to present any special circumstances that may apply with regard to your application.
